Geothermal Africa is a youth-driven platform empowering the next generation to lead Africa’s clean-energy future. We mobilize and train young innovators, fund geothermal projects, and connect partners across government, industry, and education.
Our mission is to harness Africa’s vast geothermal potential while simultaneously empowering its youth. Through education, innovation, and collaboration.
Our program is a 10-year initiative dedicated to training and certifying thousands of young Africans, supporting youth-led geothermal innovations, and building GeoHubs across multiple countries. Through mentorship and policy engagement, we prepare the next generation to lead Africa’s clean energy transition.
Our impact is advancing clean energy access and green job creation while promoting gender equality and climate action. We are building a youth-driven movement that positions Africa as a global leader in geothermal innovation and sustainable development.
